Injured in a Car Wreck?
Follow these steps so you can bulletproof your case!
While at the scene of a car wreck (and if possible), be sure to (1) take pictures and videos of the damage; (2) get the other driver's name and insurance information; (3) get the contact information for any witnesses; (4) call the police so they can create a police report; and (5) avoid saying that you're "fine" because your adrenaline may prevent you from feeling any injuries that you may have.

After a car accident, most people avoid seeing a doctor in hopes that their body will heal on its own (and because they incorrectly think they will have to pay the doctor themselves).
